Procedure to attain CCHM:
Send an email to
[email protected]requesting a free copy of CCHM for your municipality.
When you receive the Coupon code then proceed:
Select CCHM from the Software page on our website
Click "Add to Cart"
Update the quantity for the number of licenses needed.
Enter Coupon code in the box marked "Coupon Code? Enter it here:"
Click "Apply"
Click "Proceed to Checkout"
Enter your billing information, credit card not required.
Enter a password for your account
Enter a unique Site Name - the site name is required for Activating the software
Payment information is not required
Click "Place Order"
You will receive an email with a download link when your
order has been completed. May be a delay of several hours
Please call for faster response
When you receive the email, click the link to download sdhm.msi software
Download the software to your desktop ( or other directory )
Run cchm.msi to start the installation
After installation is complete, launch CCHM from the desktop icon
CCHM requires Activation to enable all capabilities
Activating CCHM
Launch CCHM from the desktop icon
Open Menu / Help / Activation
Click "Internet Act." to activate using the internet
Enter the 4 digit Invoice number (from the email message)
Enter the Site Name exactly as entered when ordering the software
Enter your email address
Optional - enter your name
Click "Register"
The Registration form will close
Wait until our server responds with the Activation Key
then click "Activate"
CCHM will close.
Activation is now complete
Launch CCHM from the desktop icon to use the software
