Procedure to attain CAHM:
Call 1-866-943-0304 during normal business hours to receive a Coupon code
Select CAHM from the Software page on our website
Click "Add to Cart"
Enter Coupon code
Click "Apply"
Click "Proceed to Checkout"
Enter your billing information
Enter a password for your account
Enter a unique Site Name - the site name is required for Activating the software
Payment information is not required
Click "Place Order"
You will receive an email with a download link when your
order has been completed. May be a delay of several hours
Please call for faster response
When you receive the email, click the link to download sdhm.msi software
Download the software to your desktop ( or other directory )
Run sdhm.msi to start the installation
After installation is complete, launch CAHM from the desktop icon
CAHM requires Activation to enable all capabilities
Activating CAHM
Launch CAHM from the desktop icon
Open Menu / Help / Activation
Click "Internet Act." to activate using the internet
Enter the 4 digit Invoice number (from the email message)
Enter the Site Name exactly as entered when ordering the software
Enter your email address
Optional - enter your name
Click "Register"
The Registration form will close
Wait until our server responds with the Activation Key
then click "Activate"
CAHM will close.
Activation is now complete
Launch CAHM from the desktop icon to use the software

- The CAHM Manual is included with your purchase of the CAHM Standard package. The CAHM Manual includes an overview of the features, navigation of the user interface, detailed descriptions of each element and guides the user through the review of their project.
- Phone and e-mail Technical Support: we offer phone and e-mail Technical Support packages for purchase in 3, 6 and 12 month increments. This entitles two named users per licensed CAHM Standard copy to unlimited phone and e-mail support for normal use of the product. Please allow up to 1 business day response to e-mail inquiries. Phone support is offered during the normal business hours of 8am – 5pm Pacific Time.
